The Mister Potato Fiesta was held at Mist Club on the 19th of December 2009. It was the final leg of the Mister Potato contest in which contestants took pictures of themselves and uploaded it to the website. After voting, the shortlisted candidates were invited to the party where the final competition was held in order to select the top winners.

Sham, the Mister Potato guy was also there at the event, but the Evil Assistant could not be spotted anywhere!

Hujan’s second album, Mencari Konklusi can be considered as a ‘real’ album, considering their first album was actually a compilation of both their earlier singles plus a few additional songs. Do note the new band logo as well.
Hujan has really came a long way since their first green colored single which featured their signature hit songs such as Pagi Yang Gelap, Kuala Lumpur and Ahmoi Chantek which are now on their ‘must-play’ songs on their live sets.

Fast forward 2 years, when they won the award for ‘Lagu Rock Terbaik‘ at the Anugerah Industri Musik ke-16. Mencari Konklusi was released in September 2009 and is more of a mini album, rather than a ‘full length LP’. It only has 7 songs, which are

Well, Hujan is going to play about 15 songs at kunang-kunang including a few of their new songs. Be there at 9pm, 24th July 2009.
The Terbang Oh! Bulan gig was supposed to be held on the 6th of May but then got delayed to the 13th of May to due to venue’s mistake in assigning the venue to another event organiser. It was held at SRJK Yuk Choy, Ipoh.

Upon arrival at 2pm, the event already started, but the inside of the hall wasn’t filled up yet, not until Hujan came. When the crowd heard that Hujan was up next, everyone rushed into the hall to get their best spots.

Hujan started their set with their new song, Obsesi before continuing on with the rest of their popular songs such as Empayarmu, Lonely Soldier Boy, Aku Scandal, Ludah Amerika before ending their set with Ahmoi Chantek.

The Rhythm of Unity concert was set to improve ties between Malaysia and Indonesia but what turned out was really unexpected.
The event was supposed to start at 5pm and when we got to the venue at 4pm, the stage was still being constructed halfway. Rumor has it that the organisers could not afford to pay the second payment after the stage has been built, prompting the stage company to deconstruct the stage. The organisers then managed to contact another event company for the stage to be built on Saturday afternoon itself, just before the event starts.

Luck was not on their side though as it started to rain at around 6.30pm, just before the lighting and main speakers could be lifted up to be secured on the main boom. The heavy thunderstorm roared for 2 hours before finally giving way. It took the stage crew another 2 hours
