The Ara Music Fest Vol. 2 is a mini music festival held in collaboration with the KL International Bike Rally 2009. It will be held this coming weekend at the Mon’t Kiara Equestrian Club The event organisers are citing ‘Woodstock’ but I’m not sure why. It will be a 2 day event with performances starting as early as 2pm and the day ending at midnight with the starlight (open-air) cinema.
Among the bands playing are Pure Vibracion, Republic of Brickfields, The Rhaman, Khottal, Pesawat, and the headlining act will be Search. Besides music, you can find other interesting stuff such as art, t-shirts, accessories, auctions and of course, bike showcases.
It is not free though, tickets are kinda cheap though. You can buy a 1 day ticket for RM20 and a 2 day ticket for just RM35.
